本文分析了心阻抗图圆台圆柱体组合模型理论存在的若干问题。指出：该理论在基本原理方面有明显错误；其计算心搏出量的公式并非科学推证的结果，而是人为拼凑的产物，公式的计算值不能反映被测个体的真实情况。按此理论及公式来作医学检测，有可能导致临床误诊。

The article analysed the theoretical defects and existing errors of the combination model of cir-cular truncat cone and cylinder about the impedance cardiogram,and indicated that the stroke volume formula of the model is not the result of scientific deduction,but the product of man-made gathering.Its calculation can notrellect the actual situation of the stroke volume measured.To use the formula on medical measurement will prob-ably result in clinical misjudge.
