摘要
本文观察了化合物HLW-92对野百合碱引起的肺动脉高压大鼠模型的血流动力学及血液流变学的作用并进行了相关性研究。结果表明该化合物在血流动力学方面的作用能明显改善肺动脉压力、管径等指标,增加肺循环血流量;而在血液流变学方面则对肺循环血流量产生一定程度的负效应。应用Casson公式推出流立方程分析结果并与Poiseuille定律比较,得出HLW-92作用的综合效应是使肺血流量在高、中、低切变率条件下分别增加56%、56%和62%。并证明用Poiseuille定律分析肺循环的血流动力学和流变学作用有较大的偏差和局限性。
In this study monocrotaline(MCT)induced pulmonary hypertensive rat models were used andthe effects of a novel vasodilator on hemodynamics and hemorrheology and the correlation between these two as-pects were observed.The results showed that this compound produced significant decrease of ppa,and increase of vascular diameters,yet the hemorrheologic results showed the negative effect to the organic blood flow. Analysedby blood flow equation derived from Casson、formula and colnpaired wth those from PoiseullelsLaw,the total effects on pulmonary blood flow were conducted,which increased 56%、56%and 62%at high,middle and low shearrates respectively.It is also proved that there exist marked errous and limitation when these data analysed byPoisuille Law.
