摘要
自动答疑是现代远程教学系统中一个重要组成部分,然而目前的自动答疑系统大多以关键词匹配为基础,忽视了关键词本身所含的语义信息、查询效率和结果不能满足用户的需要。提出了一个基于本体的智能答疑系统,利用本体中概念规范、语义关系明确的特点,将用户的问题查询请求进行语义上的扩展,增加了对语义信息的理解,有效地提高了查询的准确性。
The question answer system is the important part of the Distant Education. However mostly the current system is just based on keyword matching and ignores the semantic information of the keywords itself. This paper proposes an intelligent question answer system which is realized on the basis of the ontology,and can take full advantage of ontology. As a result,semantics of the requirement can be expanded and corresponding comprehension of it will be bettered, which will effieetively improve the query precision.
