摘要
医用高能加速器输出剂量、能量和均整度的监测,是临床体外放射治疗最基本的质量保证措施。本文介绍了对上述剂量学物理参数常规的测试方法和数据处理,并以坐标图形式描述了菲力普医用SL75一20型高能直线加速器六年来的高能X线、高能电子束线和表征能量的半值水深机器剂量学宏观面状况。本文还对该加速器六年来的监测数据进行了处理,从数学处理后的结果综合评价了该加速器的临床剂量学指标,并在一定误差范围内量化了肿瘤体外放射治疗处方量,但处方量综合误差合成还有待于治疗中其它环节的取材统计,并需作进一步的探索。
It is essential quality assurance lnethod for routine measurement of radiation output,energy.beamflatness and half value depth in water of the Philips SL75-20 medicalhigh-energy accelerator in clinical ex-ternal radiation therapy with both X-ray and electron beam.In this work,we introduce the method of routinemeasurement and data processing for these parameters and figure these results.We also process all measured dataabout the accelerator in the past six years.From these results,we have comprehensively evaluated the clinicaldosimetry indices and standardized external radiation therapy prescription dose in definite error.But the total er-ror of pescription dose depend on other links in radiation therapy as well so need further exploration.
