摘要
提出了一种NANDFlash在WINCE.net系统中的应用方案设计。首先介绍了NANDFlash原理及与NORFlash的区别,接着介绍了系统硬件设计方案和WINCE系统下NANDFlash驱动的设计与实现,并且详细描述了如何调整处理器存储控制器的寄存器来控制NANDFlash的读写时序,以达到对其读写速度进行优化的目的。经过优化后系统读取NANDFlash的平均速度可以达到约1.3Mbyte/s,写入速度可以达到约0.8Mbyte/s。此驱动通过了微软的测试工具CETK的测试,在实际的系统环境中运行稳定。
This paper presents an application design of NAND Flash in WINCE. net system. The prineiple and the differences of NAND Flash and NOR Flash were introducde and the hardware connection design and the implementation of flash media driver in Windows CE. net system and how to adjust the register of memory controller to control the timing in order to optimize the read and write operation were descsibed. After the optimization, the average speed of reading NAND Flash is about 1.3 Mbyte/s and speed of writing is about 0. 8 Mbyte/s. The NAND Flash driver has been tested by Microsoft's Windows CE test kit-CETK and runs well on this PDA system.
