摘要
介绍了消除9Cr18Mo不锈钢轴承零件锻造孪晶组织的热处理工艺及其机理,根据孪晶碳化物的严重程度,选择不同的热处理方法可消除孪晶组织。
The heat treatment technologies and their mechanisms to eliminate twin in forging of bearing components made of 8Cr18Mo stainless stcel are introduced.According to severe grade of twin carbonation,the corresponding heat treatment method is selected to eliminate twin.
