摘要
研究了轴承钢表面的纳米磷酸盐薄膜对轴承钢表面摩擦性能的影响。采用PHI595SAM型俄歇能谱仪对GCr15轴承钢试样表面纳米磷酸盐薄膜进行了分析和厚度测量。通过四球试验机和铁姆肯摩擦磨损试验机对表面覆盖磷酸盐薄膜的试样与普通试样进行了摩擦磨损对比试验。结果表明:表面覆盖20 nm厚磷酸盐薄膜的试样,具有良好的减摩抗磨效果。同时也对其高速轴承润滑系统的影响进行了讨论,发现纳米磷酸盐薄膜可以有效地改善高速轴承的润滑状态,延长轴承的使用寿命。
The effect of nanometer phosphate film on tribology performance of bearing sted surface is studied, using PHL595SAM spectrometer made the chemical analysis and thickness measurement of phosphate film on the GCr15 bearing steel sample. For the common sample and coated sample, the comparative tests of tribology and wear was done in four ball tester and Thnken friction and wear tester, the results show that sample with 20 nm phosphate film has low friction and wear. The effect of nanometer phosphate film on lubrication system of the high speed bearing is discussed,the nanometer phosphate film can effectively improve lubrication status of the high speed beating,and prolong bearing service life.
