摘要
以转子动力学、Hertz接触理论和非线性动力学理论为基础,建立了具有表面损伤故障的滚动轴承-转子系统的动力学模型。针对系统在该故障下出现冲击等瞬态信息,利用小波变换对正常和外圈损伤两种情况下的振动信号进行奇异性检测,得出了此类故障的特征。
Based on rotor dynamics, Hertz theory and non- linear dynamics, the dynamics model d roiling bearing - rotor system with surface damage is established. Pointed to transient impact information appeared in the system, the singularity detection of vibration signals for normal bearing and bearing with damage on the outer ring is made by wavelet transformation, the failure characteristics are obtained.
