摘要
本试验旨在确定猪瘟首次免疫的最佳时间:试验中将29只仔猪分为3组分别于吸初乳前1 h、吸初乳时、吸初乳后1 h对仔猪进行猪瘟疫苗注射,利用酶标仪检测免疫后15 h3、0 h、40 h、50h时积各组仔猪体内抗体水平。结果显示:超前免疫仔猪抗体水平明显高于其它两组。
New born piglets were selected to find the best immunne time for hog cholera vaccine. These piglets were inoculated with hog cholera vaccine at different time：1h before colostra intake, colostra intaking and 1h after colostra. Serum antibody levels were determined by ELISA assay at 15,30,45 and 50d old. The results showed that the group had the highest levels of the antibody in this test.
