Analysis of Additional Renal Arteries with16-slice Spiral CT

摘要 目的:探讨16层CT显示副肾动脉及临床应用价值。材料和方法:对300例中腹部扫描病例采用16层螺旋CT增强扫描,对获得的所有肾动脉原始图像,结合多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积显示(VR)进行统计、分析。结果:本组副肾动脉发生率为25.9%,左、右侧分别为24.3%、27.3%,其中1支及2支副动脉发生率分别为24.2%(右25%,左23.3%)、1.7%(右2.3%,左1.0%);男、女分别为27.8%、23.5%,它们之间均无显著性差异。1支及2支副肾动脉平均直径分别为2.5mm、2.2mm(右)和2.4mm、2.1mm(左)。结论:16层螺旋CT在显示副肾动脉方面可提供较详细的信息,可应用于外科肾脏手术、介入治疗及肾移植供肾术前的评价。 To investigate additional renal arteries with 16 slice spiral CT and evaluate their value of clinical application. Materials and Methods: Three hundred cases of mid - abdomen enhancement scanning were taken with 16 - slice spiral CT. All initial images of renal arteries and their reconstructive images of renal arteries in volume rendering(VR), multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) were observed. Results: In all, the incidence of additional renal arteries was 25.9% (R 27.3%, L 24.3% ) . Incidence of one and two additional arteries were 24.2% (R 25.0%, L 23.596) and 1. 796 (R 2. 396, L 1. 096) respectively, and were 26. 996, 0.996 in males, 21. 096, 2.596 in females respectively. These differences were no statistically significant. Conclusion: More information was provided about additional renal arteries with 16- slice spiral CT , which may be useful in evaluating the kidneys and the supplying arteries related with surgery, intervention and renal transplantation.
