Based on investigation and analysis of domestic urban house contest and activities to decide on awards, this paper gives an essential reflection and rational summarization to area of error and problems existed in current reality. It aims at arousing people＇s attention and extensive studies to explore reasonable and scientific implementation for raising actual effect and authoritativeness of those activities.
