微创稳定系统在膝部骨折中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 总结应用微创稳定系统(LISS)治疗膝部骨折的体会。方法对11例膝部骨折行LISS内固定的患者进行回顾性分析。结果11例患者随访6~22个月,平均14.8个月。1例出现骨延迟愈合,其余10例3个月内愈合良好。伸膝功能无障碍,1例屈膝仅达90°,其余均恢复到130°。2例钢板螺钉拆除困难。结论LISS是治疗膝部骨折的一种有效的内固定方法,理解其机械原理、熟悉局部应用解剖特点、提高其手术应用技巧和进一步探索其适用范围将有利于减少并发症的发生。 Objective To summarize the experiences in applying less invasive stabilization system (LISS) in treating knee fractures, Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 11 cases with knee fractures treated by LISS from August 2003 to December 2004 in our department. Results A follow up for 6 -22 months (mean 14, 8 months) showed sound bone union within three months in 10 cases but delayed bone union in one, No disturbance of leg stretch was found, with range of motion (ROM) recovering to 130 ° in 10 cases but only to 90° in one, LISS plates were very difficult to remove in two cases, Condusions LISS is an effective internal fixation for treatment of knee fractures, It is helpful for reducing postoperative complications to have an intimate knowledge of LISS mechanism and anatomic characteristics of the knee, improve surgical techniques and probe into the possible indications of the LISS,
