大型多支承回转窑筒体支承力的有限元解法 被引量:4

摘要 研究给定位移下筒体支承力的有限元通用解法。该法针对筒体结构重复性强的特点,引入多重子结构技术,使筒体有限元计算的工作量大大减少;通过将筒体轴线偏差转化为筒体支承力计算中的给定位移,灵活地计入轴线偏差对支承力的影响;通过定义等效密度,将窑皮、扬料板等的重力引起的载荷自动转化到其作用区域的体积上,大大减小了载荷处理的工作量。以中铝公司河南分公司2号窑为例,应用均匀设计法设计给定位移下筒体支承力的计算方案,并进行一系列有限元数值计算。通过对数值计算结果的回归分析,得出筒体垂直方向支承力、水平方向支承力与轴线偏差的关系式。 The finite element method of calculating reaction forces of shell at definite displacement was studied. According to the high iterative feature of shell, the multi-level substructure technique was adopted, which simplified the calculation greatly. The effect of axis deflection on reaction forces of shell was considered flexibly by transforming axis deflection into definite displace- ment. The equation of calculating reaction forces of shell at the definite displacement was established. The loads from the weights of additional structure such as crust and lifter can be treated easily by defining equivalent density. The second kiln rotary in Henan Branch of Chinese Aluminum Company was taken for example, the calculation scheme of calculating reaction forces of shell was designed by applying uniform design method and a series of numerical calculations were carried out using finite element method. Linear regression of results was performed, and the fitting formulae between reaction forces of shell and axis deflection were obtained.
