排土场浸出过程中的渗流规律 被引量:6

摘要 在多孔介质地下水动力学的基础上,分析溶浸液在浸堆内的渗流状态,并提出渗流状态判据、各自状态下的渗流速度与水力梯度基本关系式。根据潜水层完整井流公式,推导不同流态下势函数与水力压头的关系式,并建立各自的势函数积分表达式。针对管注法浸出钻孔工程的典型布孔型式,抽象出最基本的抽注单元,并研究不同流态下各个抽注单元的单位面积浸出液总量公式,分析浸堆渗流规律。研究结果表明:溶浸液在浸堆中的渗流规律不完全符合达西定律,浸堆单位面积上的流量与注抽液孔内水力压头平方或立方差成正比,随着孔径的增大而上升,与两孔之间的距离的平方成反比;直线二点形钻孔布置方式的浸堆单位面积流量最大,而三角形的渗流量最小,直线三点形的渗流量介于两者之间。 Based on groundwater dynamics in porous media, seepage state about solution in leaching heap was analyzed, and its criterion and the basic relation between flow velocity and water head gradient in each state were put forward. According to the formula of fully penetrating well in free-water layer, the relation between potential function and water head was derived in different states, and those integral expressions of potential function were presented. Aimed at the representative arrangement model of drill engineering in pipe-pouring leaching method, the basic unit of pumping and pouring hole was abstracted, and the formula of solution gross in unit leaching area in different flow states was studied, and the seepage rule in leaching dump was analysed. The results show that Darcyrs law is not fully adapted to the seepage of solution in leaching dump. The flux in unit area is proportional to the difference of square or cube of water head between pouring hole and pumping hole, and enlarges with the aperture increasing and is inversely proportional to the square of distance between these two holes. The unit area flux of two-point arrangement mode of hole is the largest, while the one of triangular mode is the least, and the linear three-point mode is between them.
