摘要 煤炭资源开采对环境的影响问题,是国际上广泛关注的焦点问题,更是影响中国社会与经济发展战略的重要问题之一.从国家对煤炭工业发展要求出发,阐述了研究煤炭资源绿色开采的必要性和意义,对煤炭资源绿色开采的内涵作了进一步的阐述.在论述煤炭资源绿色开采技术体系框架的同时,对保水开采、煤与瓦斯共采、条带开采与充填开采、井下矸石处理、煤炭地下气化等主要的关键问题与研究现状作了深入的分析,提出了进一步研究与发展的建议. The impact of the coal resources exploiting on environment is not only a focal point of great attention in the world but also one of the important issues influencing on the social and economic development strategy in China. Based on the request of coal industry development, the necessity and significance of researching the coal resource green mining is expounded, and the connotation of green mining is particularly explained. Companied with the discussion on the technological system of coal resource green mining, the key problems and research status are analyzed in depth, which include water preserving mining, simultaneous extraction of coal and coal-bed methane, partial extraction and backfill mining, underground discharge of partial rock refuse and underground coal gasification, etc. And the corresponding suggestions for a further research on green mining are put forward.
