西北矿区安全生产存在问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures for Safety Production in Mining Area of Northwest China

煤炭是我国重要的基础能源产业,而我国主要的煤炭生产基地在西北地区,因此研究西北矿区安全生产现状、存在问题及其对策措施,对确保我国能源安全具有重要意义.西北矿区普遍存在复杂的煤层开采条件、特殊的开采地表环境以及多发的各类事故灾害,所以该地区煤炭开采条件及安全生产状况较为恶劣.本文在分析该地区煤炭安全生产中存在问题、重大安全隐患及其产生原因的基础上,提出了一些具有可操作性、针对性的措施与建议,最后指出西北矿区今后应重点进行矿井通风系统优化技术、瓦斯综合高效抽采技术、易自燃煤层综合防灭火技术、坚硬煤层综放开采顶煤安全预裂技术、矿井瓦斯爆炸危险性监控和分析技术以及西北矿区“绿色开采技术”等科技攻关.

Coal is an important energy in China, and the northwest China is the main production base of coal. Therefore, in northwest China, it is vital significant for the sake of energy safety to study the present condition, problems and its countermeasures about safety production. Most of the research area is complicated in mining conditions, special in mining environments and numerous in accident, so the mining conditions are very bad. Based on analyzing the major problems and potential safety hazards, some measures and suggestions are put forward which is to reinforce researches on green mining techniques, such as optimization of ventilation system, gas drawing, comprehensive fire-preventing of spontaneously combustible seam, the safety presplitting of hard seam, the monitoring and analyzing of gas explosion risks, etc.
