综放开采顶煤破断冒放的块度理论及应用 被引量:34

摘要 以顶煤破断块度为特征量,建立了顶煤破断冒放的块度理论框架,分析了不同顶煤块度以及顶煤块度和矸石块度相对差异时的煤矸流动场特征,分析了顶煤放落流动过程中的成拱形态、成拱机率、影响因素、成拱条件和煤矸块度差异对混矸程度的影响,提出了用顶煤可放出系数和极限顶煤块度描述顶煤的可放出性,为坚硬难冒放煤层的弱化设计提供了依据.以该理论为指导,现场应用取得了良好的技术经济效果. Theoretical frame of top coal fragment dimension is established based on the character parameter of top coal fractured fragment. The character of coal-refuse flowage field is analyzed under the conditions of different top coal fragment dimension and contrastive difference of fragment dimension between top coal and refuse. Doming configuration, frequency influence factors, doming condition and the effect of coal-refuse fragmental dimension difference on confusing refuse degree are also analyzed during the course of top coal caving and flowing. Cavability coefficient and maximal fragment dimension of top coal are presented to describe its cavability. The theory provided the basis for the weakening design of hard caving and drawing coal seam. Favorable technical and economic effect is obtained in local application guided by this theory.
