摘要
深井高地压坚硬顶板采场矿压显现与围岩控制问题更加突出,分析煤壁、顶板、底板的应力状态与变形破坏特征,对深井高地压坚硬顶板采场围岩控制具有重要的意义.本文采用AN-SYS 6.1数值模拟软件,模拟分析了不同采深条件下煤层和顶底板应力状态的变化特征,通过比较得到了支承压力、煤壁破碎区、煤壁变形、直接顶及底板应力等的变化特征,初步研究了深井高地压坚硬顶板采场围岩特性.结果表明,深井条件下围岩的受力情况更加复杂,围岩更容易出现应力集中,这提高了工作面的支护难度.
The problems of strata behaviors and surrounding rock control in working face with strong roof and high ground pressure in deep mines are quite remarkable. Therefore, to analyze the stress and the deformation of coal wall, roof and floor in deep mines is important for surrounding rock control. ANSYS 6.1, the numerical simulation software is used in this paper to simulate various characteristics of stress of coal seams, roof and floor at different mining depths. The variation of abutment pressure, fracture zone of coal wall, deformation of coal wall and the stress of roof and floor were obtained. Characteristics of surrounding rock in working faces with strong roof and high ground pressure of deep mines are discussed. The resuits indicate that the force applied to surrounding rock is more complicated and the stress of surrounding rock is easily concentrated in deep mines, making the working face support more difficult.
