On the Regional Difference in the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy

摘要货币政策的地区差异性在我国是一个一直存在争论却又缺乏深入系统研究的问题。本文在对有关货币政策执行效果地区差别的理论和国际经验进行介绍的基础上,具体分析了我国货币政策传导机制的地区差别,并对我国主要货币政策工具的执行效果进行了分析。文章认为,货币政策传导机制的地区差别,是造成货币政策执行效果差别的根本原因。要提高货币政策的有效性,需要着力于加强欠发达地区的金融生态环境建设,改善货币政策传导机制。 Based on a review of related theory and international experiences on regional difference in the effects of monetary policy, this paper studies the regional difference in monetary policy transmission mechanism in China, and consequently the different effects of the implementing of monetary policy instruments. The conclusion is that, the regional difference in the effects of monctary policy is mainly affected by the different monetary policy transmission mechanism among different regions. To improve the effect of monetary policy, we should improve regional financial ecology and monetary policy transmission mechanism.
