中药及熏灸治疗干眼症的临床观察

The clinical observation of dry eye syndrome treated with moxibustion

目的观察中药合熏灸法治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法通过问卷筛查干眼症患者眼部症状:包括干涩感、异物感、视疲劳、疼痛、视物模糊、畏光、流泪、眼红和烧灼感;进行眼科检查:包括视力、裂隙灯、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光染色;治疗采用养阴生津1号口服,联合雷火灸药棒眼部灸疗;改良操作方法是将眼部十二经脉循经点穴与泪腺部位按摩结合,每日1次,每次20～30分钟,14天为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果干眼症患者的主观症状明显缓解,以干涩感、异物感及视疲劳改善最为明显。泪液分泌有一定改善,泪膜破裂时间较前延长,角膜荧光染色有明显改善。结论中药合熏灸法治疗干眼症有很好的疗效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of moxibustion in treating dry eye syndrome.METHODS Questionnaire was sent to the patients who complained dry eyes, asthenopia, foreign body sensation, pain, blurring of vision, photophobia after asking the history of illness. Visual acuity, slit - lamp examination, Schirmer I test, film break -up time and fluerescein staining of comea- conjunctive were performed on the patients; With the moxibustion and Chinese medicine yangyinshengjin （养阴生津） I to treat with the dry eye syndrome patients, 20 - 30 minutes for one time, 14 days for a circle. RESULTS The subjective symptoms are released obviously, especially dry eys, foreign body sensation and asthenopia. Schirmer test I, film break - up time and fuuerescein staining of comea - conjunctive were improved. CONCLUSIONS Moxibustion is obviously effective on treatment of dry eye syndrome.
