白内障冷超摘出加人工晶状体植入术的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价白内障冷超声乳化(爆破模式)摘出加人工晶状体植入术的效果和安全性。方法以随机方法比较冷超乳和普通超乳术的临床效果。结果两组手术均成功完成,在术后视力、角膜水肿和总手术时间上两组差异无显著性。但在切口灼伤、超声能量时间及角膜内皮细胞丢失方面,冷超乳化组明显好于普通超乳组。结论白内障冷超声乳化摘出加人工晶状体植入术使切口更小和眼内热损伤更少,是一种先进、安全、有效的手术方法。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects and safety of cool phacoemulsification technique (burst mode) on cataract extraction and IOL implantation.METHODS Comparison contrast random cool phacoemulsification technique with common phacoemulsification technique in cataract extraction and IOL implantation.RESULTS All procedures are successfully, there were not different on visual acuity, corneal edema, and total surgery time, but there were significant different on incision bum, energy time and corneal endothelial cell lose. CONCLUSIONS The cool phacoemulsification technique in cataract extraction and IOL implantation was less incision and lower thermal injury, was also effects, safety and advanced.
