祛风退翳汤对准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术后角膜修复的临床研究 被引量:2

A clinical study of corneal restoration on post- laser subepithelial keratomileusis with qufengtuiyitang(祛风退翳汤)

摘要 目的探讨祛风退翳汤对准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(lasersubepithelialkeratomileusis,LASEK)后角膜修复情况。方法将符合标准的近视患者144例按随机对照顺序编号,分为A、B两组。治疗组(A)72例(72眼)术后口服祛风退翳汤;对照组(B)72例(72眼)不服任何药物。观察术后疼痛、视力、屈光度(sphereD)、散光度(cylinderD)、眼压(intraocularpressure,IOP)、haze现象及角膜修复情况(均以右眼为观察对象)。结果术后第1天、3天,A组疼痛明显轻于B组(P<0.05);术后第5天,A、B两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后第1月,裸眼视力(uncorrectedvisualacuity,UCVA)A组优于B组(P<0.05),术后第3~6月,裸眼视力A、B两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后第1~6月最佳矫正视力(bestcorrectedvisualacuity,BCVA)、屈光度、散光度、眼压,A、B两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后1~6月haze现象A组轻于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论祛风退翳汤能在减轻LASEK术后疼痛、降低haze发生率和角膜修复方面起促进作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the circumstance of improving corneal restoration after lasek with qufengtuiyitang (祛风退翳汤) .METHODS 144 cases with myopic eyes were randomly divided into 2 groups: group A and group B.Group A consisted of 72 cases (72 eyes) treated with qufengtuiyitang.Group B consisted of 72 cases (72 eyes) not treated.They were all observerd ache, UCVA, BCVA, sphere (D), cylinder (D), IOP, haze and corneal epithelial restoration in right eye. RESULTS Group A was much better than group B in releasing ache from the first day to the third day after LASEK ( P 〈 0.05 ) . They were similar on the fifth day ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Group A was better than group B on UCVA after the first month ( P 〈 0.05) .They were similar on UCVA from the third month to the sixth month (P 〉 0.05) .They were similar on BCVA, sphere (D), cylinder (D), and IOP from the first month to the sixth month (P 〉 0.05) . Group A was much better than group B on haze from the first month to the sixth month ( P 〈 0.05) . CONCLUSIONS Qufengtuiyitang is advantageous in releasing ache and decreasing haze and improving corneal restoration after LASEK.
