儿童恶性胃肠道间质瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者,女,12岁,无意中发现上腹部包块而就诊．经手术探察,行胃大部切除后,经病理证实为儿童恶性胃肠道间质瘤．发生在儿童的胃肠道间质瘤罕见,且多为恶性,因此早期发现和完整、完全切除,对患者的预后有重要意义．
