Informal Finance of the Firms in Private Economy

在对中小企业融资问题理论综述的基础上,本文从分析民营中小企业的组织经营特征及融资需求的特殊性角度论证了非正规融资是各种社会资本聚集的最佳方式,因为与正规金融机构相比,非正规金融具有信息、交易成本、担保机制、灵活性与适应性等方面的优势,在满足民营中小企业融资需求上表现出更强的适应性。并通过调查数据对文章主要观点进行了验证。

By studying the operational characters and the special financing demand by small and medium-sized firms in private economy, the paper proves that informal finance right now is the best way to raise social capital. Compared with public finance, informal finance has a lot of advantages in terms of information, cost, guarantee and flexibility to meet the financing demand of the firms in private economy.
