沸石粉、寡糖及益生素在黄鸡饲料中的应用效果研究 被引量:23

摘要 选取体质健康的新兴黄鸡5 000羽,随机分成5个组,第1组为对照组,第2、3、4、5组每吨饲料中分别添加50kg沸石粉、100g低聚木糖、50kg沸石粉+100g低聚木糖和50kg沸石粉+100g低聚木糖+100g地衣芽孢杆菌。本试验主要研究沸石粉、低聚木糖和地衣芽孢杆菌在黄羽肉鸡生产中的应用效果。结果表明:添加低聚木糖和地衣芽孢杆菌组肉鸡的生产性能皆优于对照组,其中第4和第5组分别比对照组的日增重高出3.2%和3.4%,第4、5组的料重比都分别比对照组降低3.2%和5.4%。血清抗氧化指标显示,试验组的抗氧化效果都比对照组好,且单独添加低聚木糖组T-SOD酶活显著高于对照组(P≤0.05),第2、3、4、5组的MDA含量分别比对照组低12.3%、4.5%、9.4%和11.2%。试验组肉鸡肌肉中的胆固醇浓度都比对照组低,其中第2和第4组分别比对照组低15.4%和17.0%,且差异显著(P≤0.05)。 5 000 yellow broilers were randomly allocated to 5 treatments, group 1 was the control one. Per ton feed for group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 contained 50Kg Zeolite, 100g Xylo--Oligosaccharides, 50Kg Zeolite+ 100g Xylo--Oligosaccharides and 50Kg Zeolite+ 100g Xylo--Oligosaccharides + 100g Bacillus licheniformis respectively . This experiment mainly studied the effect of Zeolite , Oligosaccharide and Probiotics on the production of yellow broiler. The results showed that daily gain of group 4 and group 5 increased by 3.2 % and 3.4 % compared to the control group. The diet of Group 4 and group 5 improved. Whie ratio of feed to body weight decreased 3.2% and 5.4%. The oxidant parameter indicated that the oxidant capability of all experiments was greater than that in the control group. Compared to the control group, the T--SOD activity of group 3 increased by 18.7% (P≤0.05), the content of MDA in group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 decreased 12.3%, 4.5%, 9.4% and 11.2%respectively. The concentration of cholesterol of test groups was lower than that in the control group, the cholesterol concentration of group 2 and group 4 was 15.4% and 17.0% which is lower than that in the control group(P≤0.05).
