绵羊肺炎支原体快速诊断抗原的制备及应用

The Production and Application of Antigen for Rapid Diagnosis of Mycoplasmal Ovipneumonia Infection

绵羊支原体肺炎已成为规模化羊场中羊只发病率最高,死亡率最高的疾病之一。本试验制备出了绵羊支原体肺炎间接平板凝集诊断抗原,试验效果良好;通过实际应用,同支原体培养方法结果达100%。结果表明该诊断原可在临床上进行简单快速有效的疾病诊断。

Pneumonia of sheep and goats, caused by the Mycoplasma ovipneumonia , has been the most serious disease on the large-scale sheep and goats breeding farm. The reagent for indirect hemoagglutation was made,and through clinical application,it was demonstrated that the results are the same as the pathogen medium culture. The results demonstrated that the reagent could be applied simply, rapidly and effectively in the clinical diagnosis.
