摘要
本文简介了微卫星标记特点和使用情况,并与其他标记作了对比。着重回顾了近年来微卫星标记在绵山羊育种中的主要研究进展,包括:遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建、功能基因定位、个体鉴定、杂育种优势预测等几个方面,这些研究可探明生物进化的历史,有助于资源保护及开发。
As early as 1974, Skinner firstly discovered Microsatellite. Many later studies were undertaken to research animal genetic resources by microsatellite. Based on introduction of microsatellite and comparison of several markers on properties and application trend,the progress on application of microsatellite to sheep and goat is detailedly summarizedly, such as genetic diversity analysis, linkage mapping, gene orientation, individual identification and heterosis forecasting,which may ascertain history of animal evolution and aid us to protect and exploit animal resource .
