临床分离表皮葡萄球菌生物膜相关遗传背景与表现型关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解临床感染分离表皮葡萄球菌中生物膜相关基因分布与生物膜表现型之间的关系,探索表葡菌生物膜相关临床感染的机制。方法收集我院临床感染标本中分离并鉴定的表葡菌50株,采用PCR方法扩增管家基因16S基因作为参照,扩增agrA,icaADB,atlE及fbe基因,经琼脂糖电泳扩增产物,检测上述基因分布情况;采用刚果红检测表葡菌粘附株,采用96孔平底组织培养盘法半定量检测表葡菌生物膜表现型,了解其与上述基因遗传背景的相关性。结果agrA,atlE与fbe基因分布较广泛,但与生物膜表现型之间相关性无统计学意义。icaADB及同时具有4种相关基因与生物膜表现型之间相关性有统计学意义。结论目前已知的表葡菌生物膜主要调控基因中,icaADB及同时携带4种相关基因与临床分离表葡菌生物膜表现型之间有相关性,但并不完全对等,说明临床分离表葡菌生物膜的形成可能还存在其它调控因素的影响。
