With the continued advancing of science and technology and the development of coal industry in China,coal production has deen steadily changed from a semi mechanization to mechanization.Especially the development of fully mechanized coal mining technology has fundamentally changed an outlook and production method of a coal mine and increased a production capacity of a coal mining face.This development has set up a technical foundation to have a production mode with one mine and one coal mining face and to build a high production and efficient mine.Thus a coal mine will steadily change from a rough and open management to a centralized and economic production method.The building of a high production and efficient coal mine is a basic access to reduce a man power,increase efficiency and economic benefit for a mine.To change its economic increasing method and improve its economic increasing quality,the coal industry must put great efforts to develop mechanization and to build high production and efficient coal mines.
