基于晶体位错理论的F-K模型方程的导出

摘要 以晶体的位错理论为基础,建立完全离散的晶体位错模型,仅考虑最近邻原子间相互作用,运用格林函数法,严格、定量导出F—K模型方程。 Frenkel-Kontorova (F-K) model and its solution have been widely applied, but it is based on the assumption that the atom line is in one dimensional sinusoidal periodic potential field. By using the theory of crystal lattice dislocations, the author creates a total discrete model for dislocation in two-dimensional square crystal lattice, in which only the nearest atom's interaction is considered.The Green function and Fourier transform are introduced to simplify the equations.With this method,the F-K model equation is strictly educed.
