摘要
介绍一种可用于油泵试验台油量自动测量的变介电常数型电容式传感器,该传感器结合汽车柴油机喷油泵的喷油特点,根据电容器极板间介质量的变化引起电容量随之变化的原理,通过转换电路把电容量转换成频率输出,从而达到准确测量油量变化的目的。对该传感器测量精度的分析和实际应用均表明,此种新型传感器结构简单,测量精度高,可靠性和抗干扰能力强,具有较高的实用价值。
A variational dielectric constant capacitive sensor is designed for automatic oil measurement on oil injection pump test-beds. The sensor takes into consideration the features of fuel injection of automobile diesel pumps. It is known that change of the amount of medium between polar plates of capacitors can lead to change of capacity. Thus, by converting electric capacity into frequency through electrocircuit, the sensor can measure the change of oil amount accurately. Accuracy analysis and practical application both indicate that the sensor, with a simple structure, a high precision and a strong anti-interference ability, possesses fairly high practical values.
