千米立井岩帽止浆技术

Sealing Technology of Rock Plug for 1000m Deep Mine Shaft

摘要 谢李副井工作面预注浆通过高角度、大裂隙、含水丰富石千峰组红层时,采用了岩帽止浆技术。本文介绍了止浆岩帽的留设、加固和取得的技术经济效果。 uxiliary mine shaft has a depth of 1037 m and a net diameter of 8 5 m.The shaft was sunk through Red Layer of Shiqianfeng Group with a high angle,larger fissures and rich water.During the shaft sinking operation,a pregrouting at the excavation face was adopted.During the grouting operation,a concrete artificial pad was not used and a rock plug was used.One position of the rock plug was selected on the muddy rock water seal lager which is above the aquifer and the other position of the rock plug was only selected on sand rock in aquifer which is very deep.The thickness of the rock plug is calculated with a shear strength of the rock and the real thickness of the rock plug is usually higher than 5 m and the max.thickness is upto 9 m and 16 m.Due to the rock with large fissure,soft and breaking,the rock plug should be reinforced with grouting.A cement water glass grout with strength reagent will be used for the reinforcement.There were 8 reinforcement holes arranging around the shaft.The Depth of the hole was about 5 to 7 m and the grouting pressure was about 6 MPa.A grout leakage protection measures should be adopted for the reinforcement operation.The water seal rate of the grouting and reinforcement was up to 93%.There were 8 section pregrouting operations used in the mine shaft sinking.Therefore 8 rock plugs were used and a good technical and economic result were obtained from the rock plugs.
