摘要
基于GPRS通信的线损管理及在线电能监测系统集现代计算机技术、测控技术、网络技术、通信技术于一体,以公共的GPRS通信网络实现终端和主站之间的通信,具有在线电能质量监测、线损分析与管理、防窃电监测、用电优化控制等功能。介绍了该系统的构成、原理及在广西防城港供电局应用的详细情况。
The line loss management and on-line energy monitor system based on GPRS integrates the technologies of modern computer, measurement, network and communication. It realizes communication between terminals and master station through GPRS. It can monitor on-line energy quality, analyze and manage line loss, prevent energy larceny, optimize control of power utilization. This paper introduces its composition, principle, effect of application by Fang-cheng Gang power network in details.
