摘要
深圳规划大厦外墙面和部分内墙柱为清水混凝土,面积达3万m2,施工中采用爬模续浇法解决了一次浇筑过高带来的质量问题;采用拉杆顶帽解决了螺杆孔、阴阳角、洞口处漏浆的问题。在色差控制、保护层控制和混凝土面层保护剂选用方面也总结出一套经验。
The external wall face and some internal walls and columns in Shenzhen Planning Plaza are of fair-faced concrete with an area of 30,000 m^2. Continuous concreting method with climbing formwork was employed in the construction to avoid such quality problem as is caused by concreting once too high. With capped pulling rods, mortar leakage from bolt hole, inside and outside comers and holes were prevented. Moreover, experiences were accumulated in color difference control, protective coat control and selection of protective agent of concrete finishing.
