植物持久抗病性分子水平研究进展

Research Advances on Durable Resistance of Plant in Molecular Level

摘要 在农作物育种过程中,越来越多的植物抗病基因被应用,但是大多数基因的抗性不能持久。因此,确定影响抗性持久性的各种因子,形成育种策略以增加抗性的持久性成为近50年来植物病理学研究的首要目的。本文回顾了持久抗性概念的提出及发展,主要介绍了近年来在持久抗病基因分子标记、持久抗性的遗传特点及其分子机制等方面取得的最新研究成果。 More and more resistance genes have been applied to crop breeding for resistance to a spectrum of disease, but in these genes some are not durable. Understanding the factors that affect the durability of resistance and devising strategies to increase durability have been primary goals in plant pathology research over the last 50 years. In this paper, we review the appearance and development of the concept "durable resistance". Furthermore, the latest advances in molecular markers linked to durable resistance genes, genetic characteristic and molecular mechanism of durable resistance are also introduced here.
