摘要
不同用途的稻米具有不同的评价标准。从稻米外观、卫生安全、营养、加工及食味品质等5个方面阐述了食用稻米的综合评价标准,并初步探讨了绿色优质稻米品质,除受品种本身遗传因子影响以外,主要是由生态环境、栽培技术、加工储藏与运输等共同作用的结果。提出了绿色优质稻米生产的综合配套技术措施。
Rice quality is greatly affected by the whole process of rice production. This paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluating standards from five parts such as rice appearance quality, healthy safety, and tasty quality. And it preliminarily discusses that green-rice quality is mainly affected by soil, fertilizers, cultivation, preservation and transportation as well as genetic traits. According to the above, the comprehensive technologies of green qualityrice production can be made.
