摘要
通过液体深层发酵获得姬松茸(Agaricus blazeiMurrill)菌丝体。用水提法提取姬松茸菌丝体多糖(即胞内多糖),并通过葡聚糖凝胶SephadexG-200分离纯化出2种姬松茸多糖组分ABP-I和ABP-II,紫外光谱检测表明2种多糖均不含核酸和蛋白质。红外光谱和高效液相色谱测定结果表明,ABP-I和ABP-II均为含有葡萄糖醛酸的D-葡聚糖。对力竭小鼠抗疲劳作用研究结果表明,姬松茸胞内多糖具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Two polysaccharides ( ABP- Ⅰ and ABP- Ⅱ ) were isolated and purified from the fresh mycelia of Agaricus blazei Mussill. UV spectroscopic examination revealed that the polysaccharides were nucleic acid-free and protein-free. Infra-red and HPLC experiments showed that ABP Ⅰ and ABPⅡ are D-polyglucosans containing glucuronic acid. A test with mice demonstrated that ABPⅠ and ABP Ⅱ have an anti-fatigue function.
