摘要
2005年5-10月份利用甲基丁香酚(M ethyleugenol)、诱蝇酮(Cuelure)和水解蛋白(Hydrolytic prote in)3种诱剂监测了重庆市26个区县共计130个点南亚果实蝇Bactrocera tau(W alker)的分布与发生动态。监测结果表明,在重庆市26个区县共诱集到南亚果实蝇68 525头,在各个诱集区县均有分布,其中合川、江津、涪陵、长寿区平均每个诱集点诱集的南亚果实蝇数量大,均在800头以上,是该虫发生严重的区县,城口、渝北、南川、黔江、武隆、永川区平均每个诱集点诱集南亚果实蝇数量小,均不足30头,是该虫发生较轻的区县。除涪陵区外,其他区县在7-9月份出现1个虫口高峰期,涪陵区出现2个虫口高峰期,分别在7月份和9月份。对3种诱剂诱集数量统计分析发现,不同诱剂每个监测点诱集的南亚果实蝇平均数量无显著性差异,从诱集南亚果实蝇的雌雄比例来看,诱蝇醚、诱蝇酮诱剂对南亚果实蝇雄成虫诱集效果好,对雌性个体诱集效果差,而水解蛋白诱剂对南亚果实蝇雌雄成虫均有较好的诱集效果。对6个南亚果实蝇发生数量较大区县的寄主作物分析发现,在其中5个区县中,丝瓜上的诱集数量明显大于其他寄主作物上的诱集数量,说明丝瓜比其他瓜类寄主作物更适合南亚果实蝇的取食选择。
The quantity dynamics and distribution of Bactrocera tau (Walker) were monitored with Methyleugenol, Cuelure and hydrolytic protein as luring agents in 26 counties of Chongqing. The average numbers of the fruit fly collected were greater in the counties of Hechuan, Jiangjin, Fuling and Changshou and smaller in the counties of Banan, Chengkou, Yubei, Nanchuan, Qianjiang, Wulong and Yongchuan. A single peak of its population appeared between July and September in all the counties inspected with the exception of Fuling, where two peaks of the occurrence of the pest were noticed in July and September. The three luring agents showed no significant difference in the pest number they lured. According to the proportion of male and female adults lured, the attracting effect of Methyleugenol and Cuelure was substantially higher on male individuals than on female individuals. Hydrolytic protein showed satisfactory luring effect on both sexes. Analysis of the hosts of the pest in the 6 counties showed the quantity collected from the plants of Luffa L. was greater than any other host species studied, suggesting that Luffa is a preferred host for this fruit fly.
