血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

目的:探讨中药复方血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对75例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组40例、对照组35例,两组患者在基础治疗的同时,治疗组采用血府逐瘀汤加爱西特片,对照组采用爱西特片。观察两组治疗后的总有效率及血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);Scr的下降、Ccr的上升,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方血府逐瘀汤能有效地降低Scr,提高Ccr,延缓肾功能恶化。

Objective： To investigate therapeutic effect of TCM compound of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction （XFZYD） in treating Chronic Renal Failure （CRF） .Methods： seventy -five CRF patients were randomly divided into the treated group （n = 401 and the control group （ n = 351 . The treated group was treated with XFZYD and Medical charcoal. The control group was only treated with Medical charcoal. The changes of total effective rate, serum creatinine （Scr） and creatinine clearance （Cer） in two groups were compared. Result ： The total effective rate of the treating group is 92.50 percent, while the control group is 71.43 percent. The compsrison of therapeutic effect in two gropus were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The decrease of Scr and increase of Ccr in the treated group was more significant than in the contol group （ P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion： TCM compound of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has good effect in decreasing Scr and increasing Ccr and postpone the aggravation of renal function.
