摘要
合成了固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3,并将其用作浓硫酸的绿色替代催化剂进行纤维素的醋酸酯化反应.该催化剂在DMAc/LiCl体系中可对纤维素进行酰化反应.为避免有机溶剂的污染,反应在无溶剂的球磨反应器中进行.通过FT-IR、AFM和H1-NMR研究发现,在无溶剂和固体超强酸催化下纤维素可以转化为醋酸纤维素,并且酯化程度随球磨时间增加而增加.
Solid superacid SO4^2-/Fe2O3 was prepared and used as a green catalyst to replace traditional vitriol in synthesis of cellulose acetate (CA). The acylation reactions of cellulose were carried out both in DMAc/LiC1 solution and in solvent-free conditions. FT-IR, AFM and H^1-NMR measurements reveal that in the presence of the solid superacid catalyst there formed cellulose acetate, and that the acylation degree of cellulose in solvent-free conditions depends on the reaction time. This method provides a newenvironmental benign route to synthesize cellulose acetate.
