城市化与土地利用变化研究——以成都市为例

The research into the urbanization and the change of land use——Based on Chengdu

本文以成都市为研究区域,分析城市化进程中土地利用变化的特征,采用回归分析方法,研究土地利用变化和城市化的相关关系及城市化进程对土地利用变化的影响程度。通过分析,发现城市化的快速发展是造成耕地减少和建设用地增加的主要原因,说明城市化与土地利用变化密切相关。

Choosing district of Chengdu as the research object,this thesis analyze the feature of the change of land use in the urbanization. Based on the date of land use, this thesis apply regression to research the correlation between the urbanization and the change of land use , and the influence of the urbanization on the change of land use. Through analysis, this thesis find that the main reason of the reduce of farmland and the increase of construction land is high-speed development of urbanization. This research prove that there is close relation between the urbanization and the change of land use.
