辣椒净光速率与农艺性状间的关联性研究 被引量:9

摘要 辣椒净光合速率与农艺性状间的灰色关联分析结果表明,平均净光合速率与农艺性状间灰色关联度的大小顺序为叶长>叶柄长>叶宽>第一花节位>果肉厚>株幅>株高>疫病抗性>果宽>TMV抗性>主茎高>果长>CMV抗性>疮痂病抗性>侧枝数。相关分析结果表明,净光合速率与叶片性状的相关性最强,但与侧枝数、株高、主茎高、果肉厚、CMV和疮痂病抗性的偏相关系数也达到了显著或极显著水平。通径分析结果表明,叶长和侧枝数对净光合速率的直接作用较大,叶柄长、叶宽和第一花节位次之,其它植株性状的直接作用相对较弱。净光合速率在开花结果前期受叶片性状影响大,后期受抗病性的影响大。 The gray relational analyses between net photosynthesis rate and agronomic character in pepper (Cpsicum annuum L. ) shows that the magnitude on grey correlation degree between average net photosynthesis rate and agronomic character are leave length, leave width, petiole length, the first flower node, fruit wall thickness, plant width, plant height, resistance of Phytophthora, fruit width, resistanee of TMV, main stem height, fruit length, resistance of CMV, resistance of bacterial spot and branches/plant. The correlation analysis indicates that the net photosynthesis rate is most correlated with leave characteristics , and the partial correlation coefficients between net photosynthesis rate and branch stem numbers or plant height or main stem height or fruit wall thickness or resistance of CMV or resistance of bacterial spot are also significant or high significant . The path analysis imply that the leave length and the branch stem numbers influences the net photosynthesis rate most directly , then the petiole length or the leave width or the first nod, the influences of the other characters are very poor. The net photosynthesis rate is great influenced by leave characteristics during early phase of flowering and fruit setting, and during late phase of flowering and fruit setting by disease resistances.
