摘要
对不同来源的乳杆菌的抑菌作用进行了研究。采用纸片琼脂扩散法研究了嗜酸乳杆菌,干酪乳杆菌,德氏保加利亚乳杆菌代谢产物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的拮抗效果。结果表明供试乳杆菌的表达产物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显拮抗作用,抑菌环直径达到1.6~2.1cm;对白色念珠菌的拮抗作用相对较弱。抑菌环直径仅1.1~1.4cm。不同pH生长测试结果表明,白色念珠菌比大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐酸能力强,对乳杆菌表达的乳酸有一定的拮抗作用。
The antagonistic property of Lactobacillus from different resources were studied.The antagonistic property of L. acidophilus, L. casei and L. bulgaricus were evaluated by agar diffusion tests. All of LactobaciUus had obvious antagonistie aetivity on the pathogenie E . coli and S. aureus , but low antagonistie activity on C. akbucabs. The size of the inhibition zone around the produetions of lactobacillus in E . coli and S .aureus disk were observed from 1.6 cm to 2.1 cm, and the size of the inhibition zone around the produetions of lactobacillus in C. akbucabs disk were observed from 1.1 cm to 1.4 cm. C. akbucabs eould grow in lower pH medium than E. coli and S. aureus whieh made it more chance to survive lactobacillus in a certain extent.
