糖尿病足坏疽的细菌学调查及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解糖尿病足坏疽的细菌学特点及其耐药性。方法:取30例糖尿病足坏疽患者足部坏疽分泌物进行常规细菌培养和药敏试验。结果:本组30例分泌物标本细菌培养获阳性结果28例,阴性结果2例。共检出需氧菌10种,菌株42株,革兰阳性(G+)球菌19株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌8株、表皮葡萄球菌5株、粪肠球菌6株。革兰阴性(G-)杆菌22株,其中变形杆菌5株、大肠埃希氏菌8株、产气肠杆菌4株、肺炎克雷伯杆菌2株、铜绿假单胞菌2株、聚团假单胞菌1株,酵母菌1株。其中有8份标本为混合性细菌感染,主要是表皮葡萄球菌与其他革兰阴性杆菌混合存在。结论:糖尿病足坏疽感染以葡萄球菌、变形杆菌和大肠埃希菌最多见,分别对亚胺培南、万古霉素最敏感。重视糖尿病足坏疽感染的细菌学特点及耐药性,合理使用抗生素,可提高治愈率。
