Optimization of the Stamping Direction Based on UG NX Platform for Automotive Panels

摘要 分析冲压方向在汽车覆盖件拉延工艺中的作用,介绍了冲压方向的确定原则。建立并通过编程实现了冲压方向的优化模型。对CAD软件UG进行二次开发,集成优化程序,实现冲压方向的自动优化。以汽车加强板零件为例,对该优化功能进行了验证。 Upon analysis of function of stamping direction in the drawing process of automotive panels, the principle of determining the stamping direction has been introduced and an optimization model been set up and programmed. The optimization program has been developed and integrated into CAD software UG. An example to calculate the stamping direction of one drawn component has been given.
