在分析冲裁排样、压力和压力中心以及凸、凹模刃口尺寸等冲模参数的CAD设计计算方法基础上,通过建立工艺模型,借助AutoCAD、Pro/E的模型分析功能,提出了基于通用CAD软件的冲裁模自动实体建模方法,使冲裁模的设计计算和实体建模自动化。本方法简单易行、精确可靠,是冲裁工艺计算和冲模设计的实用方法。

Based on analysis of the CAD design and calculating method of blanking dies parameters to determine the layout, the pressure, the center and the dimension of punch and matrix, the automatic method of solid modeling for blanking dies on CAD with graphic modeling figure on AutoCAD and Pro/E analysis has been introduced hence realization of the utility of calculating and solid modeling automatically with this method that is simple, easy to use, reliable and with precision.
