冶金高炉炉体横环缝自动化焊接技术及设备的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 通过对大型冶金高炉、热风炉炉体自动化焊接技术及设备的研究,分析了高炉、热风炉炉体自动化焊接施工的特性,自主开发研制了大型高炉、热风炉炉体立缝高效气电立焊机和横环缝埋弧自动焊接操作机。通过几年来在十几个大型高炉、热风炉炉体施工工程中的应用表明,其焊接技术先进,焊接质量好,极大的减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了综合成本,有广阔的前景。 The paper analyzed the properties of automatic welding technology and equipment for large metallurgical blast-furnace and hot-wind furnace body. High efficiency electrogas arc welding machine and submerged arc welding manipulator of transverse girth seam of large blast-furnace and hot-wind furnace body were developed. The application results from the building large blast-furnace and hot-wind furnace approved that the welding technology was advanced, and welding quality was good, and labor strength of worker as well as comprehensive cost decreased, and application prospect was wide.
