摘要
在低合金高强钢10CrNi3MoCu上进行了堆铜焊的工艺研究,由试验选定了焊接方法、熔滴过渡形式和焊接工艺参数等。通过外观检查、无损检测和破坏性实验,证实该工艺能够满足相关要求,并在实际工程中得到应用,进一步验证了该工艺的可行性。
Surfacing.technology of copper alloy on high-strength low alloy steel 10CrNi3MoCu was studied. The welding methods, metal transfet, welding parameters etc were determined by the experiments. According to the results of the appearance, nondestructive and destructive examinations, the technology was verified to meet the relevant requirements and can be used in the practical projects, which further confirmed the feasibility of the technology.
