内蒙古库布齐沙带东段油篙（Artemisia　ordosica）根际土壤微生物类群数量的研究

The Study on Microbial Number of Artemisia ordosica Rhizosphere in Hobq Sand of Net Monggol

内蒙古库布齐沙带东段油蒿根际土壤微生物类群数量的研究结果：１）微生物三大类群总数量排列依次为细菌＞放线菌＞真菌；２）芽孢细菌占无芽孢细菌数量比值随春、夏和秋的季节变化依次递减；３）在０．５～１０ｃｍ土层中的芽孢细菌和放线菌数量多于其它各层；４）土壤微生物总数量根际大于根外，存在明显的根际效应．

Study on microbial number in Artemisia ordosica rhizosphere in Hobq sand of NeiMonggol,the results is as follows: 1)The order of number of three group microbes showing: bacteria>actinomyces>fungi; 2)Ratio of number of bacillus and non-spore-forming bacteria is decreasing as Spring、Summer and Autumn; 3)Number of bacillus and actinomyces in sand layer of 0. 5￣10. 5cm more than others layers;4)Total number of microbes in Ariemisia ordosica rhizosphere more than that of beyond rhizosphere,and showing clear rhizosphere effect.
