摘要
为了实现对指针式仪表的自动检定,设计了基于计算机数字图像处理技术的指针式仪表自动检定系统。先介绍系统的整体结构,再着重研究了该系统软件算法部分,并分析了系统误差。实验结果表明,整个系统的抗干扰能力强,且读数精确度和检定速度都优于人眼的读数检定。
To implement the automatic detection of the analog measuring instruments, an automatic system of detecting analog measuring instruments based on the technology of computer digital image processing is designed. Firstly, the structure of the system is introduced. Then, the circle dial-center-point extracting algorithm is mainly illustrated. After this, the dial-graduation collecting algorithm and the dial-finger pinpointing are also briefly presented. Finally, the system error is analyzed. Experiment results indicate that the whole system has an advanced ability of resisting outside interruption, and the detection speed and recognition precision are superior to that of artificial discrimination.
